Nyalma is the public website, documentation surface, and customer portal for Cerberus. These terms set the public baseline for account use, commercial requests, issued materials, and risk allocation for a self-hosted product.

Nyalma helps customers learn about Cerberus, request commercial plans, download release materials, and obtain signed license artifacts. Cerberus remains customer-operated and self-hosted, and already issued license materials are verified locally by the deployed product.
Customers remain responsible for portal credentials, invited memberships, and MFA enrollment.
The customer controls its own infrastructure, rollout decisions, and third-party integrations.
Community, Professional, Enterprise, and support add-ons can have different fulfillment paths, but the commercial portal remains the system of record for requests, entitlements, and issued customer materials.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site, portal, software, support content, and issued materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Customers must not treat Cerberus as an unmanaged autopilot for sensitive production estates.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyalma is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, portal, software, or support.
The public site and portal must not be used to abuse the service or other customers.
Nothing in these public terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Customer-specific contracts can add detail, but should not be assumed to remove these baseline allocations unless they do so explicitly in writing.
